Jess works as a therapist with Red Willow Counseling in Salt Lake City. She focuses on LGBTQIA+ concerns, polyamory, and kink with individuals and romantic units. Additionally, she works with the Climbing Grief Fund through the American Alpine Club. Jess earned her bachelor's degree from Elon University in Religious Studies in 2009, a Master of Divinity from the Candler School of Theology at Emory University in 2012, and a Master of Education with a focus in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Utah in 2020. She has worked professionally over the past decade in the fields of vocational rehabilitation, wilderness therapy, and community mental health. In her free time, Jess enjoys the masochistic pursuits of ski mountaineering and rock climbing.
