Jared is currently seeing patients at Blueprint Psychology, a private practice in Orem. Prior to that he was the clinical director for an LGBTQ+ mental health clinic. He earned his PhD from BYU in Counseling Psychology, and was clinical faculty for the first 5 years of his career. While at BYU, he was able to do the first campus-wide survey research on the intersection of mental health, sexuality, and religiosity. He has worked in college counseling centers, private practice, psychological testing and assessment, and providing affirming and ethical therapy to sexual and gender minorities and their families. In his free time, Jared loves baking, welding, pottery, and super smoky Scotch.
